EPDM rubber gaskets are used in anti-vibration, sealing, and electrical insulation applications. These parts are widely used in the water industry, are WRAS approved, and suitable for use with potable drinking water.

EPDM is short for ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber.

As a general rule, EPDM is:

 Good for use with drinking (potable) water

 Good for use with acids

 Good ozone resistance

 Good impermeability to gases

 Good abrasion resistance

Good recovery

100% PTFE resistant to all corrosive media

Soft, twistable and bendable, used continue their service and keep its best performance.

Excellent anti-wriggle variation ability and cold current resistance. Even in case of cross change of temperature and pressure, good sealing can be assured.
